Commercial Director

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Ensure achievement of revenue (contract value) goals, both through new business sales and renewing existing clients
  • Manage a team of 2-5 Account Executives who are responsible for revenue targets and customer satisfaction/advocacy
  • Identify potential revenue generation issues and course correct ahead of the problem
  • Attract and retain top talent within sales team by following our recruitment methodology, with a strong focus on building a pipeline of candidates
  • Participate in commercial conversations and provide real time coaching to individual contributors
What you need to be successful:

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience and at least 1 years of sales or account management experience
  • Excel when influencing C-level executives and other sophisticated buying groups
  • Thrive when managing, coaching, and motivating a high performance sales team in a fast paced team environment
  • Demonstrate a strong history of meeting personal and team monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals
  • Has experience working with or developing best practices/strategies for C-level executives
  • Have demonstrated results managing commercial teams with new hires

    Associate Analyst

    Our Analysts are widely regarded as the leading independent analysts for emerging technology trends. Our Associate Analysts investigate new topics of interest for business executives working at the intersection of immersive technology and media & entertainment. Our Analysts collect, organize, and analyze proprietary datasets, and then author market reports. Methodologies include qualitative and quantitative primary research and secondary research.     Lead Qualification Associate

    As a Lead Qualification Associate, you will have the opportunity to support our Sales Consultants by managing the responses to marketing campaigns and qualifying inbound potential clients, along with expanding the current viable sales opportunities. Lead Qualification Associates help develop and maintain efficient processes and operational protocols for inbound inquiries from prospective clients, as well as providing a central point of contact for prospective clients inquiring about Greenlight Insights products and services.

    How You Will Make an Impact

  • Work to escalate prospective member inquiries to the correct internal stakeholder.
  • Communicate and collaborate with relevant team members to best support the Marketing and Sales Teams.
  • Partner with Lead Qualification Specialist for passing of relevant information to drive top of funnel lead qualification and scheduling.
  • Assist with marketing campaign follow up through inbound support and lead management activities; including extensive lead qualification through research.
  • Aid Sales Team by documenting, tracking, and analyzing prospective and actual client request trends, issues with inbound process, request fulfillment metrics, and inbound volume patterns in order to improve lead generation process.
  • Work closely with our Commercial Director to help support specific interests within the business function.
